Design of disc
\n<\/b>Gate valves with NPS\u22652 are of wedge flexible gate;
\nGate valves with NPS< are of wedge solid gate<\/p>\n

Body and bonnet connection
\n<\/b>The body and\u00a0bonnet of\u00a0Class 150~Class 900\u00a0gate valves are usually connected with studs and nuts;
\nAnd the body and\u00a0bonnet of Class 1500~Class 2500\u00a0gate valves are usually of pressurized seal design.<\/p>\n

Gasket of Cover Flange
\n<\/b>Carbon steel or stainless steel +flexible graphite combined gasket is used 150 gate valve;
\nStainless steel +flexible graphite wounded gasket is used for\u00a0Class 300 gate valve;
\nStainless steel+flexible graphite wounded gasket is used for class 600 gate valves, and ring joint gasket is also optional for Class 600 gate valve;
\nRing joint gasket is used for class 900 gate valve;
\nPressurized seal design is used Class 1500~Class 2500 gale valve.<\/p>\n

Actuation
\n<\/b>Hand wheel or gear box is usually used for gate valve actuation. Chain wheel and electric actuator can be also used for gate valve actuation if being requested by the customers.<\/p>\n

Seat
\n<\/b>For carbon steel gate valve, the seat is usually forged steel.The sealing surface of the seat is spray welded with hard alloy\u00a0specified by the customer. Welded an seat is used for NPS\u00a01\/2~2, Renewable, threaded seat is used for NPS\u22648 gate valves, and\u00a0welded on seat can be also optional if being requested by the customer,or to weld hard alloy directly integrally,Threaded or welded on seat is also optional for stainless steel gate valve if being requested by the customer,if customer have any other request about the seat please kindly advise befor placing the order.<\/p>\n

Back seating design
\n<\/b>\u00a0All of our gate valves have the back seating design.In\u00a0most cases,\u00a0the carbon\u00a0steel gate valve is fitted with a renewable back seat.For stainless steel gate valve, the back seat is machined directly in the bonnet or is machined after welding.
